Condition: Mixed conditions across the lot typical of a multi-era collection. Older issues from the 1970s and 80s, such as the Batman and Avengers titles, show moderate to heavy wear including visible spine stress, corner blunting, and edge chipping. Modern era issues generally present in much higher grade, many appearing Near Mint with vibrant cover gloss, sharp corners, and tight, flat spines. All interiors appear complete and supple; no major water damage or detached covers were observed among the newer titles.
