The Canon Rebel XS was a popular entry-level SLR in the 1990s, known for its lightweight design and compatibility with the extensive Canon EF lens system. The included Nikkei DL-9000 units are classic examples of 1990s novelty "toy" cameras, styled to look like professional SLRs but featuring simple focus-free plastic lenses and manual operation, often collected for their unique aesthetic and lo-fi output.
